Mission

PATH'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE WELLBEING OF INDIVIDUALS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NEEDS AND THOSE WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. PATH'S MISSION IS HELPING INDIVIDUALS ACHIEVE A MORE INDEPENDENT AND FULFILLING LIFE. THROUGH THIS MISSION, PATH HELPS INDIVIDUALS TO: - DISCOVER THEIR STRENGTHS - MEET LIFE CHALLENGES - RECOGNIZE AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH - ENJOY MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS - BE EMPOWERED TO RECOGNIZE THEIR WORTH - FEEL VALUED AS ACTIVE MEMBERS OF THEIR COMMUNITY
